Location: Fort Collins, CO & surrounding areas Dates: June 1 – August 15 (possible extension) Pay: $26/hour Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Type: Temporary, Part-time
Join Rental Property Solutions this summer as a reliable, detail-oriented Service Technician (Cleaner). Ideal for students, parents, or anyone seeking extra income. Flexible scheduling with potential for longer-term work based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare residential units, model homes, and common areas
Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
Follow company checklists and report issues or supply needs
Work independently and communicate with team members professionally
What We’re Looking For:
No cleaning experience required – we provide training
Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation
Must be eligible to work in the United States
