Rental Property Solutions is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join us this summer as Service Consultants (Cleaners). This is a temporary, part-time opportunity with the flexibility to set your own hours and the chance to stay on long-term based on performance.

Whether you’re a student, a parent, or simply looking to earn extra income, this position offers meaningful, flexible work in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and prepare residential units, model homes, and common areas for turnover

• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces

• Follow company checklists and guidelines to ensure quality standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or supply needs

• Maintain a professional attitude while working independently on job sites

What We’re Looking For:

• No cleaning experience required – we provide training

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
